Next Updates for "Earth 2150:The Moon Project" and "Lost Souls" released

This update contain the next part of the total rebalancing and an expansion of all the SP and MP features of the two game titles and update the games from 1.x/2.0 to 2.1.
It also fixes some bugs from update 2.0 and some bad behaviours in the EarthNet.
